Symptoms
The dependent of an employee who was created in Benefits cannot be viewed via the Contact form. The name of the dependent is displayed with the name for the form. But the record displayed in the form is the employee's record.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the correct HRMS responsibility.
3. Open the Contact form.
4. Enter the name of the employee via the Find Person window.
5. Click the Find button.
