Symptoms

Assign Territory Access for New Mode concurrent program fails with ORA-06511 error when it tries to process a large number of Accounts.



ERROR
-----------------------
Exception occured! Return code: -6511
Message: ATA NEW MODECALL TO:: ALL_SALESDELETE CHANGED ENTITY
Error Buffer: ORA-06511: PL/SQL: cursor already open
Exception occured! Return code: 1
Message: ATA NEW MODE
Error Buffer: User-Defined Exception



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When a large number of new Accounts have been entered,  eg 20000
2. Profile option 'OS: Bulk Commit Size' is set to 10000
3 .Run Concurrent program,  Assign Territory Access for New Mode :
 Account type = All
