UPK: Publishing log shows a Error/Warning Message "Broken Link"

'Broken Link' error shows in the Publish Activity log in multi-user(Server/Client) installation.
Steps to Replicate:
1) Select a topic in UPK developer outline.
2) File menu > Publish.
3) Once publish finishes, the activity logs shows 'Broken Link' errors.
