When terminating a contract, Oracle is trying to credit more than the value of the contract
Expected the billed amount to be displayed for credit.
You can select full credit and this will then terminate the correct amount – but this was the highlighted issue, we don’t understand why Oracle wants to credit more than the booked amount?
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Contract Manager >Launchpad
2. right click and select "terminate"
3. enter the mandatory fields and click on review.
4. contract terminate with the credit more than the contract value
