On : 12.1.3 version, Product Development Recipes
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user is Updating Recipes, the Resource Usage on the Throughput tab is greyed out i.e. cannot be updated.
Navigation Path Recipe > Organization Details > Throughput > Usage - the usage segment is greyed out.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to update the usage on the recipe

Attempt to change the usage on the recipe
