Using an iPhone 5 with iOS 8.3 and the Oracle Mobile Expenses Application version 3.1.0 OR 4.0.4

1. How is voice enabled on the Oracle Mobile Expenses Application for E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 12.1.3 as the Voice icon is not seen on the smart phone?

2. When the Voice icon is available the Accept button is hidden most of the time.  Why does this occur?
