Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Service Contracts - Version 12.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Service Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Cascade Attributes functionality is not working on some contracts. It will update some lines but then it stops.

(For example, there is a contract with more than 400 lines and the Cascade Attributes functionality works on the first 30 lines and then stops working)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Cascade Attributes functionality to update all of the selected lines on the contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the Cascade Attributes functionality to update an attribute (say Sales Credits).
2. Check the Sales Credits (or other attribute) on the lines and find that not all lines are updated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue users cannot use the Cascade Attributes functionality to update all of the lines on some contracts. These contracts have a significant number of lines.
