ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

UOM Conversion Setup after Item Creation.
Upgrade from OPM 11i.
In 11i, UOM conversion automatically pops-up when dual UOM is define for an item.
In Oracle Inventory R12, this doesn't and there user needs to manually go to UOM conversion setup to define the UOM conversion. This gives room for the user to forget to enter it.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to easily the UOM conversions
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item of DUAL UOM type.
2. Create UOM conversion
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can easily miss entering the UOM conversion.
