On : 12.2.4 version, Electronic Signatures
Batch Esignature message stating that incorrect template is defaulted when batch esignature is triggered
APP-FND-01934:ORA-20001:The e-record rendering process failed because the RTF template is missing for template name:GMEMATRT.rtf and template version: 1.0. Make sure the template is uploaded and approval process is complete. in Package EDR_PSIG_RULE Procedure PSIG_RULE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Esignature and AME is setup for batch material addition , deletion and update.
2. But when performing any of these transaction on batch form. It gives above message when the esignature event is getting triggered.
What could be the reason of this feature ?
