Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Bank

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Migration 11.5.10 to 12.2.4 - Cash Management

Afte the migration in R12 we can not see the "Bank Transaction Codes". We see the bank account but the are no codes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
should migrate as appropriate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade
