701 Misc Login Failures When Punching Out To Supplier From Endeca Environment (Doc ID 2011546.1)

Symptoms

When punching out to a supplier site from iProcurement (Endeca), the process throws the following error:

Error

Login Failures
Login failed : unable to get supplier login url from login response
Return Code: 400
Return Message: /cXML/Request/PunchOutSetupRequest/SelectedItem/@quantity - [ISC.0082.9026] Undefined Object found

However, if punching out to from non-Endeca iProcurement environment to the same supplier, the exception is not thrown.



Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications which has had Endeca extensions applied.
2. In the iProcurement responsibility enabled for Endeca use, perform a punchout to a particular supplier.  The issue occurs at this point.
