EBS 12.2 Rapidwiz Encounters RW-50004 error, RMAN Unable to Restore Backup Control File

Symptoms
One is installing EBS 12.2 by Rapidwiz with the stage directory being NFS mounted.
The following error occurred during the installation:
RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error: 1
RW-50004: Error code received when running external process. Check log file for details.
Checked the restore-rac1.log, the following error could be confirmed:
RMAN-06172: no AUTOBACKUP found or specified handle is not a valid copy or piece
And in the alert log, the following message could be confirmed.
WARNING:NFS mount of file /<dir>/EBS/EBSR1224-2015/Stage122/EBSInstallMedia/AppDB/VISION/backup_controlfile.ctl on filesystem /<dir> done with incorrect options
