Expired Lots Report (XML) INVTRELT_XML Does Not Show Serial Numbers

On : 12.1.3 version, LOTSERATT
When executing the Expired Lots Report (xml), the associated serial number is not populated in the serial number column of the report. However, if the Regular Expired Lots Report is run for the same item, expiration date, the serial number column IS populated
Expect that Expired Lots Report (xml) will provide the same information as does the Expired Lots Report.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory / reports / select organization / single report
2. Query Report Expired Lots Report (xml) or Expired Lots Report
3. Enter expiration date and item range
4. Launch report
