FRM-41017 Error In Create Service Request Form When Creating/Updating Service Request (Doc ID 2012076.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create or update a Service Request in the SR form, the following error is displayed. This error is not seen in Release 11i.

FRM-41017: Cannot set UPDATE ALLOWED attribute of non-enabled item INCIDENT_TRACKING.PUBLISH_FLAG
