Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Bank

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade to R12, the bank account_num column is NULL in ce_bank_accounts
Data is present in ap_bank_accounts_all

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM should be populated from 11i to R12

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Upgrade from 11i to R12
Observe bank_account_num is NULL
