Inventory Tracking is Not Showing Records Processed in Previous Accounting Periods

Inventory Tracking screen is not showing processed items from previous years.
After closing an accounting period and starting a new one only items processed in the new accounting year are present in the Inventory Tracking Screen.
Items processed from previous years are not present.
All the entries for customers should be visible in the Inventory Tracking page
Steps to Reproduce
- Responsibility:Oracle Trade Management User
- Navigation:Oracle Trade Management User->Trade Management-> Indirect Sales Management->Inventory Tracking
- On the Inventory Tracking page when a customer is selected only a few entries can be observed.
