Symptoms

Getting the following error page when making changes on project management work plan and clicking "Apply":


ERROR

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to make changes to any data on an existing Workplan Page in Self Service
2. Profile "PA: Cross Project User -- Update" was set to "Yes"
