"SSStopSequenceNum" is not Captured Under Shipment Status In Outbound XML From OTM When Default Mode for OUT_XML_PROFILE is set to "MIN"

Symptoms
When sending Outbound XML via external system having "OUT_XML_PROFILE" set with "Default Mode" as "MIN" by including the path for "SSStopSequenceNum", the "SSStopSequenceNum" is not included in the XML that is sent.
It is expected when using the "Default Mode" set as "MIN" for the "OUT_XML_PROFILE" by including path for "SSStopSequenceNum", to have the SSStopSequenceNum included.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom external system with a custom OUT_XML_Profile having the Default Mode set as MIN
2. Include the path for SSStopSequenceNum
3. Send the integration
4. Notice that the SSStopSequenceNum is not included in the XML that is being sent.
