LCM: Actual History Icon Not Working After Adding Charges on Actual Invoice Page (Doc ID 2012820.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Setups

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After adding a new charge on the Manage Charge page, the Actual History Icon no longer shows the invoice on the actual history invoice page.
  
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Actual History Icon Before Manage Charge
2. Click on Actual History icon, it displays the invoice on the screen:
3. Then add a charge line:
 
Add a new Charge:
Click the Actual History icon that was working before, now the below screen can’t find the invoice:
