Symptoms

There is no data in the output of the "Format Payment Instructions With Text" concurrent request (0 Bytes).
The concurrent request completes without error.

The following error can be seen in the XDO fnd log:

XML-22044: (Error) Extension function error: Error invoking 'wrap_node':'java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XMLElement cannot be cast to oracle.xdo.parser.v2.NodeReference'
