E-Record not saved with a Status of 'Successful' or saved as 'Acknowledged' When using the API EDR_SIGN_GRP. ADD_TRANSACTION (Doc ID 2012911.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Evidence Store

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The E-Record when saved is not being Updated to 'Acknowledged' and the Status set to 'Successful'.

After a successful E-Signature on an E-Record, when User Queries the E-Record in the Evidence Store, it only returned when they query on all statuses. If they query on only records with a successful status it is not returned.

This Standard E signature code is called in Custom form which calls the API EDR_SIGN_GRP. ADD_TRANSACTION


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

That when the E-Record is saved after being signed it is saved as being being both 'Acknowledged' and the Status set to 'Successful'.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Develop a custom E-Record which requires an E-Signature.
2. User a custom form that calls the API EDR_SIGN_GRP. ADD_TRANSACTION to sign it.

Due to this issue, the E-Record is not being saved as 'Acknowledged' and the Status set to 'Successful'.
