Need a provision in Oracle Service Contracts for Usage lines to create the negative invoices for negative reads.

After calculating the counter reads and the adjustments, if the net result is Positive the Service Contracts Main Billing program should create an invoice. However, if the net result is Negative, it should create the negative invoice.
