Order Line has Missing Workflow - Cannot Progress Order (Doc ID 2013383.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.2 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Looking for a datafix for a specific order line that did not close. The order line workflow is not progressing,
progress order line does not help.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected the line to progress to closed status.

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Order = XXXXXXX
3. Header = BOOKED
4. Line 1.1 = CLOSED
  Line 1.1..1 = BOOKED
  Ling 2.1 = CLOSED
5. WHS_DELIVERY_DETAILS Tables show Line 1.1 Shipped
