GBPA Line Expiration Date Not Working For Endeca iProcurement In Local Catalog (Doc ID 2013469.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Extract and Purge

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GBPA line with expired date is showing in Endeca iProcurement in Local catalog.

The issue occurs even after run full load graph.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to not see the expired item in the Endeca search result page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create GBPA in Purchasing module and setup Local catalog in iProcurement.
2. Item Created as GBPA is available in iProc Endeca pages for shopping.
3. In GBPA at item level, expiration date field is available.  Enter future expiration date.
4. After future date is past, and line is now expired, search in Endeca iProcurement and see the item is still available for shopping.
