R12: AP: Tax Distributions are Not Getting Reversed if Tax Line is Discarded Before Cancellation (Doc ID 2013580.1)

Symptoms

 Problem Statement/Actual Behavior
=====
Tax distributions are not getting reversed if tax line is discarded before cancellation. Due to which invoice is going on dist variance hold with unsuccessful attempt of cancellation.

Error APP-SQLAP-10234 was displayed.


Steps to reproduce
-----

1. Create invoice with 1 item line.
2. calculate exclusive tax on item line.
3. Validate invoice.
4. Remove Tax classification code from item line and save invoice.
5. Click on tax calculate button, tax will become zero but reverse tax distributions will not be reversed.
6. Cancel invoice.

 

Expected Behavior
=====

Tax distributions should get reversed for tax lines if not present during cancellation and invoice is getting canceled successfully.
