Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Service Request Form in Test instance

Get the following error when accessing the CSXSRISR Service Request forms, even after performing all the suggested action plans as per

TeleService: Troubleshooting FRM / ORA Errors in Service Requests, Contact Center, Tasks (FRM-92100, FRM-40735, FRM-40105, ORA-06508, ORA-01403, ORA-04062) (Doc ID 1326683.1)

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06503.

After click on “OK” button, the CSXSRISR form is opened and find a Service Request, show the error:
ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06503.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Apps.
2. Navigate to Create Service Request Form from a custom responsibility, and receive the reported error as the SR form opens.
3. After opening the form, query for any SR, and the same error pops up.
