Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.1 version, Endeca Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Full Load for Install Base is taking around 200 hours to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need to have successful full load and data to showup on Endeca pages.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Trigger full load on Dev and Prod.
