Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version in Oracle Advanced Benefits,

When attempting to click the User Defined Criteria button on the Participant Eligibility Profiles form, the following error occurs:

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation (english/us) :
Responsibility :CA HRMS Manager
General Definition -> Eligibility Profile -> Participants

Navigation (french/canadian) :
Responsibility : Supérieur HRMS Canada
Rénumération Totale -> Profils d'admissibilité -> Participants
