The concurrent program 'Mass Appraisal Creation' completes with a warning and shows the following error message in the Log file.
The person for whom the error message is shown is the Top Supervisor of the company and hence does not have any supervisor set.
So, it is expected that the program should not throw this error for the Top Supervisor of the company and so, the program not end in Warning status.
"Unable to create appraisal for : 363 as main appraiser could not be identified."
The Summary Report shows the below error in the "Error Summary" TAB.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and publish a new plan without Objective Setting so that the Mass Appraisal Creation program is immediately run.
2. Then the Mass Appraisal Creation program ends in Warning with the above error message in the Log file.
The issue has the following business impact:
Customer does not think the program should throw the error message and then end in Warning in Production for the Top Supervisor record not having a supervisor for himself.
