Cannot Update Imported Transactions - FRM-40654: Record Has Been Updated. Requery Block to See Change

On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related
You cannot update imported Transactions.
You have successfully imported open Transactions from the source system using the AutoInvoice program.
The imported Transactions are searchable, but you are unable to update them.
You receive the following error when attempting to update the Transactions:
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change
Click OK and requery/restart a new form session still get the same error message.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Transactions-> Query Transaction
2. Click More Tab
3. Update Comments section
