Unscheduled Cycle Count Entry Does Not Result In Subinventory Transfer And Adjustment (Doc ID 2014212.1)

Problem Description
While performing an unscheduled count count entry using the Radio Frequency (RF)  handheld device connecting to the MWA (Mobile Warehouse application) server, the transact completes successfully but the count adjustment doesn't show in material transactions.
The items are not moved per the adjustment made.

Customer attempts 3 different scenarios of the cycle count entries.

1.  Count 1 LPN to a different Locator - adjustment not found
2.  Count 1 LPN in the same locator - adjustment found
3.  Count 1 LPN in a different Locator with different qty than system -adjustment not found

Customer found this occurs when the "Display System Quantity" checkbox is checked on the cycle count definition form.

They encounter an error when entering an unscheduled count from the forms.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 906 in FDFGCD
Cause: FDFGCD failed due to ORA-0906: missing left parenthesis.


1-Using WMS handheld to count  the inventory for  the item
2-Entered the scenarios above
3-Txn shows success
4-Reviewed the Count-The count reflects as approved

Issue-Inventory is not moved to different locator -Cycle count not  reflected in material transaction
