Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version - Task
When attempting to reassign a task to a new Field service engineer an error occurs if a parts requirement exists with an Internal order.
ERROR
-----------------------
Either schedule start date is not present or it has been already passed. Unable to find source for the Part Requirement. Error returned from Internal API hook.

CSP_PARTS_REQUIREMENT.TASK_ASSIGNMENT_POST_UPDATE(APPL_ID=523)
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request -> Assign the Task to a FS technician.
3. Click on 'Parts' button to create a Part Requirement.
4. Create an internal order for the part.
5. Go back to the Task in the SR form and change the Assignee to another technician and tab out, get the above mentioned error.
