Information in this document applies to any platform.
After applying tax year end patches on the production instance, users cannot make any change in the NI Details from Tax Information for any employee. The issue appears for all the employees / all instances
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Use UK Super HRMS Manager
1. Apply Tax year end patches
2. People -> Enter and mantain -> Query for an existing employee -> Assignment -> Tax Information
3. Go to NI Details and try to change something to an employee -> in the tax information screen it will appear a blank document which does not allow to enter something, therefore you should completely come out of Oracle.
