ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When receive a Purchase Order(PO) with quantity of more than 6 decimals through Receiving Interface or Mobile, quantity discrepancy will happen even if the Receipt Unit of measure (UOM) and PO UOM is the same.

For example:

The PO/release shipment has order quantity as '0.0000001' and Over receipt tolerance action as 'None'.
When this Shipment is received in Mobile, for a quantity of 96, the transaction quantity and in turn the on hand qty is being shown as 96.0000001.
The issue does not seem to be there when receiving from Receiving forms.

Note:  This issue is happening for both NON WMS & WMS Enabled Orgs
