Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are eAM Work Orders with status Pending Close and Failed Close.
These work orders were attempted to be closed via the Mass Close functionality.
Work Orders should be in status 'Closed'.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Go to Maintenance Workbench
3. Find work orders that are ready to be closed
4. Click on Tools -> Mass Close
5. Check work order status but it is at 'Pending Close'
