Symptoms
When users access notifications from worklist, then opens a po notification and tries to view the document detail via link "View Document Details" error "You are not authorized to access this document" occurs:
User can, however, view the document detail from purchasing responsibility. This error only happens when user tries to view the document detail from worklist.
