In R12.13, in Collections :

The purpose of this document is to explain how to enable the action field created by the system in the Interactions wrap up form to be updated.

When finishing an interaction in Advanced Collections, the Action field cannot be updated in the InterAction wrap up form.  

The field is grey, and changes not allowed.

The Action defaults to 'Inquired About'.
