When attempting to click on Applicants tab using Custom Employee Candidate responsibility using Interview Function the following error occurs.

at oracle.jdbc.driver.OraclePreparedStatement.executeInternal(
at oracle.jdbc.driver.OraclePreparedStatement.executeQuery(
at oracle.jdbc.driver.OraclePreparedStatementWrapper.executeQuery(
at oracle.jbo.server.QueryCollection.buildResultSet(
at oracle.jbo.server.QueryCollection.executeQuery(

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Responsibility : iRecruitment Employee Candidate XX Interviewer

2.  Home Vacancies Tab

3.  Click on Vacancies tab

4.  Select Vacancy

5.  Click on Applicants tab

6.  Error

      Missing IN or OUT parameter at index 1
