Repository Contract Bulk Upload Not Reading Zip File Properly (Doc ID 2014699.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the contracts repository bulk upload facility the customer receives an error saying that (a sample of) the documents are not in the zip file. The files that are noted are missing are for the last line in the import file, if the customer removes that line they get the same error for the new last line. We have confirmed the files noted in the output log, did in fact exist in the zip file and are spelled correctly in the proper case.

ERROR

The following contracts contain errors and were not imported into the system:
Number of failed contracts: 1

Contract Details:
Contract Number, Contract Name, Error Message

Attachment <filename>.pdf does not exist in the zip file.
Attachment <filename>.pdf does not exist in the zip file.
Attachment <filename>.pdf does not exist in the zip file.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the Import Repository Contracts functionality.
