Symptoms
When attempting to connect the UPK Developer client to the Library, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
There is a problem with the server configuration. See your system administrator with the following information:
The requested service, "http://servername/ODSContent/RepositoryService.svc could not be activated.
See the server's diagnostic trace logs for more information.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch UPK Developer client
2. Complete Profile Wizard
3. Enter Library Location
4. Error message occurs
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new profile to connect to the Library location.
