Temperature Control on Compartment of Equipment is Not Honored in Planning (Doc ID 2015029.1)

Symptoms

OTM push all commodities in a single Equipment Group Compartment and not to the respective Compartment based on the Temperature Control setup as shown in the Test example below.

Order#1 > Comodity#1 > Temperature Control#1

Order#2 > Comodity#2 > Temperature Control#2

Equipment is configured with two Compartments:

Compartment#1 > Temperature Control#1

Compartment#2 > Temperature Control#2

When planning the two orders together, OTM should put Order#1 in Compartment#1 and Order#2 in Compartment#2, but what happens is that OTM puts both Order#1 and Order#2 in Compartment#1 which has the right Temperature Control for Order#1 but not for Order#2.

TEMP_ORDER1 (PLANT_VA - > CUSTOMER)
1 SHIP UNIT associated with commodity of dry (temperature: MEDIUM1 (30 – 50 ))

TEMP_ORDER2 (PLANT_VA - > CUSTOMER2)
1 SHIP UNIT associated with commodity of FROZEN (temperature: MEDIUM2 (45 – 85 ))

Equipment: TRUCK_TEMP
First compartment has a temperature control of hot (80-100)
Second compartment has a temperature control of cold (0-35)

When you plan both orders, they are planned into the same compartment (first one)
