ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Quote shows Approval Pending, but approver did not receive any notification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approver to receive a notification.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Quote
2. Initial Approval
3. See..approver selected and status = Pending

BUSINESS IMPACT
