On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Task details > Dates tab > Date field is not formatted as the the other task fields , missed the time format. It is showing 'DD-MMM-YYYY' instead of 'DD-MMM-YYYY HH:MM:SS'.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Task details > Dates tab > Date field should show 'DD-MMM-YYYY HH:MM:SS' format as in 12.0.6 instance, where it is possible, to enter task dates in format 'DD-MMM-YYYY HH:MM:SS'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Request form
2. Task Tab
3. click on More button > got Task details page
4.  Dates tab

The date field format is DD-MMM-YYYY
