Error on approving prospective supplier in supplier life cycle management
When trying to approve a supplier in SLM getting the following error:

ORA-20004: error in step notify supplier: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.POS_VENDOR_REG_PKG", line 1404 ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at line 1
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier Profile Management
2. prospective supplier in supplier life cycle management
3. On approving prospective supplier get the above error
