ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Oracle Inventory > Items > organization Items > Lead time tab processing lead time for a purchased item is being ignored in the results of an Enforce Demand Due Dates constrained plan
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the processing lead time to result in a difference between the Suggested Start Date and Suggested Due Date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Establish a purchased item with some processing lead time
2. Run the ASCP Standard Collection, complete refres
3. Run the Enforce Demand Due Dates constrained plan
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot understand why the processing lead time has not been applied
