US Banks For Whom The Routing# Has A Leading ZERO Is Failing To Process On Paymentech Side

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Paymentech rejects the transactions linked to US Routing numbers with leading ZERO.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process settlement transaction with US routing number starting with 0.
2. Run "Create Settlement Batches" program to send settlement file to Paymentech.
This behavior has been verified after applying patch 17500388, but you may experience the same issue with specific versions of Paymentech template:
IBY_PTK_B_2_1_en.rtf lower than 120.8.12010000.26
