12.2.4 WMS Accept Any Task Shows One Task And Returns To Main Menu Instead Of Dispatching Next Task Automatically (Doc ID 2017026.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are are facing Issue in MSCA-Accept Any Task Function
When users select the 'Accept Any Task' function when they want to use 'Load and Drop' operation

When using this functionality, the user is directed to the main menu after each 'load and drop' operation.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects to see next task in picking sequence to be shown instead of main menu

This happens in the new R12.2.4 instance. where as soon as they are doing Pick drop of one task assigned to then, they are sent back to main Menu,

But in Gltest (11.5.10.2 instance), it will keep on going in loop, so that users can pick drop all task assigned to then



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login int Mobile
2. Navigate to perform "Accept Any task'
3. Perform the Pick load and drop of the task
4. Control returns to the Main Menu after the Pick load and Drop is completed instead of dispatching the next task automatically


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, It causes delays in completing the task as they have to navigate an extra step.
