Symptoms
When attempting to perform transfer transactions in desktop Inventory, the user cannot select any subinventory either for "Subinventory" field or for "To Subinv" field, depending on the scenario.
When opening the list of values (LOV), the following message is raised.
The problem occurs with Inter-organization Transfer or Subinventory Transfer, etc.
