On : 12.1.3 version,
Delegate can add an accounting string to My Allocations while creating an expense report for the User but why is not possible for a delegate to delete or edit the accounting string when it is applied?
Also delegate should be able to access the My Allocation preferences of the user to default the correct coding into the expense reports.
