Service Request Created ISupport Is Not Populating The Operating Unit When Queried from EBS Form (Doc ID 2017280.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form

Service Request created using iSupport module is NOT populating the operating unit field, when viewing that service request from service request form in Oracle EBS

Expect the operating unit to be populated as it happens when creating SR from Create Service Request Form

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the profiles
MO:Default Operating Unit to valid value
Service:Default Operating Unit Site to valid value
Service:Restrict Operating Unit by MOAC Site ->No
MO:Security profile Site level to valid value
2. Create SR from isupport
3. Open the SR from Create Service Request form
see the inventory org field is not populated
